Mrs. Kirkpatrick's First Grade Class

We have just wrapped up our Unit on Economics and Community Helpers which is one of our favorite units in first grade! We went on a Being There Experience to CIty Roots Farm,  earned Lucky Bucks, created advertisements, and we learned about our needs and wants as well as goods and services. Then we put all of our knowledge to use for our culminating event, the Fabulous Fall Festival! We are looking forward to our next unit on Earth Materials and becoming first grade geologists!
Rock on!
