Class of the Week
Mrs. Lechner's First Grade Class

Mrs. Lechner’s 1st grade class is off to a terrific start this school year! We attended the wedding of Q and U. We learned all the ways we are smart. We explored many different things in many different ways to include pumpkins as well as our needs and our wants.  Most recently we created a Fabulous Fall Festival in our classroom.  Each student was able to earn “lucky bucks” by doing classroom jobs.  Then students learned what it meant to be a producer or a consumer by running food and game booths.  It was lots of fun!  And boy, did we learn a lot about money and how the decisions we have to make with our money.  Now we are looking forward to all the other learning opportunities this year in 1st grade will bring.
